1. Using the service
These terms cover your use of AI Social Manager for business profile management, AI-assisted content creation, social publishing and reporting. Use the service only if you can enter into an agreement and are authorized to act for the business or account you manage.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and use only the permissions assigned to you. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give the service permission to store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to perform the actions you request, including AI generation and social publishing. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded text, images, logos and personal information.
4. AI-generated content
AI output may contain errors, inaccurate claims or material that requires permission to use. Review generated text and images for accuracy, suitability and rights before approving or publishing them. The service does not guarantee that output is unique or that it will achieve a particular business result.
5. Scheduling and third-party platforms
You are responsible for the accounts, content and schedules you select. Publishing depends on valid permissions, platform availability and third-party rules. Posts may be delayed or fail because of expired authorization, platform limits or service interruptions. Check publishing status and address failed posts before assuming content is live.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam or unauthorized collection of personal information. Do not attempt to access another business's records, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Follow the rules of every connected platform.
7. Plans and payments
Available features, limits, prices and subscription periods are shown in your selected plan and checkout. Review those details before paying. For billing, cancellation or refund questions, contact the administrator or account manager who provides your account. These terms do not override any rights you have under applicable law.
8. Availability and account closure
Features and integrations may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted for security issues, misuse or an inactive subscription. Contact your administrator to request account closure. Closing an account does not automatically delete retained records or remove content already published to external platforms; see the Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing content before publication. Service results depend on your inputs and third-party systems. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Questions and updates
Contact your workspace administrator or account manager with questions about these terms or the service. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Review the current terms when your plan or use of the service changes.
